Hanoi Essence
Hanoi (8h)
We will pick you up from the hotel around 8:00 and after a short ride we will be at the first point of the trip, the Tran Quoc Pagoda , one of the oldest pagodas in Hanoi, where there is a monastery inhabited by Buddhist monks and it is located on the West Lake pane. Then we will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum , the final resting place of the President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, as well as the ball house in which he lived from 1958 to 1969. We will go to one of the symbols of Hanoi, Pagodas on One Leg and visit the ethnological museum . We will take a break for dinner at a local restaurant, where we will be able to regenerate and relax. After dinner, we will go to the Temple of Literature , the most popular temple in Hanoi, which was previously the first Vietnamese university. Finally, we will go to the legendary Hoan Kiem lake, where the Ngoc Son temple is located, as well as the charming Vietnamese-French architecture, and then we will return to the hotel around 4pm.

Ha Long Bay
Hanoi - Ha Long - Hanoi (12h)
We will pick you up from the hotel around 8.00 (it is possible that we will stop at several other hotels before leaving the city) and we will be waiting for 3.5 hours by minibus towards the bay, including crossing the delta of the Red River, the second largest rivers in Vietnam. We reach the marina at Tuan Chau , on the largest island of the Ha Long bay. Here we board a boat, which we will embark on a cruise to the central part of the Ha Long bay area on the UNESCO World Heritage List. A delicious seafood lunch is served on board, during which you can admire the amazing scenery of the rock towers protruding above the water surface. We will pass famous places and formations such as Dog's Head, Swan Island, the floating village of Ba Hang with houses on the water and many other spectacular islands. We will visit the village on small bamboo boats during a 20-30 minute mini-cruise. Then we will have a cruise to the Thien Cung cave, full of beautiful formations, stalactites and stalagmites. After visiting the cave, we return to the marina, from where we go towards Hanoi. Return to the hotel around 8pm.

Ninh Binh
Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Hanoi (10h)
We start picking up at the hotel around 8.00, after which we will set off on a 2-hour route to reach Hoa Lu . This city in the years 968-1010 under the three dynasties of Dinh, Early Le and Ly was the first capital of Vietnam . Here we will visit the ancient citadel and 2 temples that have stood the test of time. Then we will reach the top of the Ngoa Long Mountain, from where you will be able to enjoy amazing views of the province of Ninh Binh . From Hoa Lu we will go to Tam Coc , where we will have a tasty lunch and start a 2-hour boat ride that will take us to the Tam Coc caves. Finally, a 45-minute bike ride around the charming area of Ninh Binh. Approx. 18.30 we will return to Hanoi, where our trip will end.

Mai Chau Valley
Hanoi- Mai Chau - Pu Luong - Mai Chau - Hanoi (2 days)
Day 1:
We will pick you up around 7.30 from the hotel and drive 130km north-west to Mai Chau (we may stay at several other hotels before leaving cities). After about 2 hours of driving we will make a short stop, and another stop on the Thung Khe Pass with an amazing view of the Mai Chau Valley. After reaching the place we have a break for dinner, then a short rest. Around 2pm we will go on a bike trip in the surrounding villages. Along the way, we will admire the valley of Mai Chau, villages and farmers working in the field. Then we return to the place of accommodation, where we can go to rest or ride a bicycle on our own. In the evening we will have dinner, dance show and refreshments with local vodka drunk from a common pitcher.
Day 2:
After breakfast at the hotel, we will be 35 km drive to the nature reserve Pu Luong . On-site we will trek around the reserve, visit the cave, and then have dinner in one of the local villages. We will return to Mai Chau along a scenic road other than to the nature reserve. In Mai Chau, we will change the means of transport and return to Hanoi, where we will arrive around 18.30 - 19.00.

Attention: the price depends on the chosen accommodation option, minibus trips with a group, it is cold in October - March, we recommend warmer clothes (especially from November to February), leave a large suitcase in a hotel in Hanoi. In addition, you need to bring a flashlight, mosquito repellent, cap and hiking boots
Sapa - light trekking
Hanoi - Lao Cai - Sapa - Tavan - Lao Cai - Hanoi (4 days)
Day 1:
Take care of the transfer to the Hanoi train station in advance. From here, we will leave together for Lao Cai , a border town close to the Chinese border. The night sleeper train (with air-conditioned carriages) leaves at 22:00.
Day 2:
We will arrive at the train station at 06:00 in the morning, from where we have a minibus transfer via amazing mountain pass rising to 1300 m above sea level An opportunity to admire the beautiful mountain landscape and rice fields built on the slopes. In the morning we will come to Sapa and we have time for a short walk around the city. Next, we will make a trip to the Cat Cat waterfall and villages inhabited by the Black H’Mong ethnic minority. We will take a lunch break during the trip. We return to Sapa to refresh and rest in the hotel, and in the evening we will have dinner at a local restaurant. For those willing to go to the viewpoint , from where we can admire the panorama of the city. We spend the night in a hotel in Sapa.
Day 3:
After breakfast at the hotel we will start trekking down a mountain valley inhabited by Black H'Mong people . Along the way, we have the opportunity to admire the magnificent landscapes. We will take a lunch break at a local restaurant and reach the Tavan village. Then we will return to Sapa , where there will be free time for buying souvenirs and dinner (on our own). In the evening we have a transfer to the train station in Lao Cai and a night sleeper train ride to Hanoi .
Day 4:
We will arrive in Hanoi around 05:30 in the morning, where our joint trip ends.

Ha Long Bay - 2-day cruise (3*)
Hanoi - Ha Long - Hanoi (2 days)
Day 1:
We pick you up from the hotel around 8.00 (several pickups from different hotels possible before leaving the city) and set off to the bay. Access to the marina in Tuan Chau , on the largest island of the Ha Long bay. From here, a boat transfer to Ha Long Phoenix Cruiser. Welcome drink on board and time for accommodation. The boat sets off on a cruise to the central part of the area on the UNESCO World Heritage List . The restaurant will serve a delicious seafood lunch . After sailing out of the marina, our boat will gradually pass famous places and formations. After reaching Luom Bo (around 3:00 PM), we'll have time to prepare for an hour-long kayak trip around Luom Bo . The place where we will kayak is specially selected to provide calm waters and seclusion allowing you to fully enjoy the unique landscape. As the sun sets, we will return to the boat to relax on the open deck. A wide range of drinks and fruit is available at the bar. During this time, the boat will head to the out-of-the-way bay, where it will anchor at night. Dinner will be served with tasty seafood, and after that you can try squid fishing or spend a nice time at the on-board bar.
Day 2:
After breakfast, we will visit the impressive cave of Ha Long , the Sung Sot cave, where we will be accompanied by a guide. After returning aboard the Ha Long Phoenix Cruiser , we will begin a return journey towards the marina, during which we will be able to admire the other areas of the bay. Around 10:00 there will be a show of the art of preparing and wrapping original Vietnamese spring rolls. Lunch is served as the marina approaches. At noon we will leave the boat deck, transfer to a smaller one, which will take us to the shore and go back to Hanoi (return around 17.00).

Ha Long Bay - 2-day cruise (3.5*)
Hanoi - Ha Long - Hanoi (2 days)
Day 1:
We will pick you up at around 8.00 from the hotel, and then we will be waiting for about 3.5h drive to the port in Ha Long bay and accommodation on board Oriental Sails. We will have dinner while the ship is heading towards one of the largest fishing villages, where we will be able to get to know the lives of local fishermen. On site, you can swim a bamboo boat around the village of Vung Vieng or in the company of an instructor visit it on kayaks . We'll be back on board to relax at sunset. During this time there will be a cooking show and a bar with various drinks and beverages will be available. In the evening, dinner, and for those willing to check in the squid fishing . The ship is moored at Cong Do.
Day 2:
We can start early in the morning with Tai Chi classes. Breakfast will be served from 07:00 to 09:00, the perfect moment to admire the beautiful landscapes with morning coffee or tea, when the ship is heading towards the cave Thien Canh Son . We will have a light lunch on board, and around 12:00 we will return to the port and take you to the hotel in Hanoi.

Ha Long Bay - 2-day cruise (4*)
Hanoi - Hai Phong - Ha Long - Hanoi (2 days)
Day 1:
In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi around 9.00, after which we will have a 2.5-hour drive to the marina in Hai Phong . On board you will receive a welcome drink, and then there will be time for accommodation in the cabin. When the ship sets sail among majestic, limestone rocks and beautiful islands , a delicious dinner will be served on board. You will visit caves, where you can go kayaking or a small, bamboo boat . When the sun goes west, you will return to the deck to admire this special moment during the day. There will be a drink promotion at the bar during this time (you'll get 1 for free when you buy 2), and there will also be a cooking show during which you'll learn how to prepare a traditional Vietnamese meal. In the evening, dinner, then time to relax, karaoke or you can try your hand at squid fishing.
Day 2:
The next day, early wake up for those willing to actively start the day during Tai Chi exercises. From 07:00 to 9:00 you can have breakfast, after which there will be time to check out of the cabins. Later, you will have a 20-minute bus ride around the island of Cat Ba to see the cave that served as a hospital for the army during the war. Then you will come back on board the Calypso Cruise to have dinner when the ship will return to the port, from where we will take you to the hotel (around 15.00).

Ha Long Bay - 3-day cruise (3*)
Hanoi - Ha Long - Hanoi (3 days)
Day 1:
We pick you up at the hotel around 8.00. We will reach the marina at Tuan Chau and get on a boat to board the Halong Phoenix Cruise. A delicious seafood lunch will be served in the restaurant. After leaving the marina, we will gradually pass famous places and formations. After reaching Luom Bo , we will prepare for an hour-long kayak trip around Luom Bo. Those not interested in kayaking can spend this time on swimming on a nearby beach .
As the sun sets, we will return to the boat, where a rich selection of drinks and fruit will be available in the bar. During this time, the boat will head to the off-shore Ho Dong Tien bay, where it will anchor for the night. We'll have a seafood dinner followed by squid fishing .
Day 2:
After breakfast we will board a second boat, on board of which we will visit the other areas of the Ha Long Bay . We will sail along the famous islands and the floating village Cua Van . Around 10:00 we will stop for another kayak trip, during which we will see fishing villages and picturesque beaches. After a few hours we will stop at a secluded beach, where we will have a delicious lunch.
After lunch, we will sail a boat north towards the Cat Ba National Park , where we will take the kayaks again. Then we will return to the boat that will take us back to Halong Phoenix Cruiser, and end the evening with dinner on board.
Day 3:
After breakfast we will visit the impressive Sung Sot cave. After returning aboard Halong Phoenix Cruiser, we will begin the return journey towards the marina. Around 10:00, a demonstration of preparing and wrapping original Vietnamese spring rolls will be organized on board. At noon we will leave the boat deck and change to a smaller one, which will take us to the shore and go back to Hanoi.

Day 1:
In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi (around 9.00), after which you will be transferred to the marina at Hai Phong . You'll get a welcome drink on board. When the ship sets off among the limestone rocks and beautiful islands , a delicious dinner will be served on board. You will visit caves , where you can go kayaking or a small, bamboo boat . When you get back onboard, the bar will have a drink promotion (you get 1 free when you buy 2) and a cooking show will take place. In the evening, dinner, followed by time to relax, karaoke or you can try your hand at squid fishing.
Day 2:
The next day, early wake up for those willing to actively start the day during Tai Chi exercises. You will eat breakfast and then change to a smaller boat to get to know the bay of Lan Ha . Later you will change to a bike and go on a pleasant, approx. 5 km trip to Viet Hai , a village surrounded by high mountains and the unique scenery of the Cat Ba National Park . Then you will return to the boat on bikes to reach Van Boi , where you will have lunch in a relaxing setting. Later, you will go on a kayak trip around Van Boi , after which you'll reach Ba Trai Dao , a beautiful and clean beach where you can go for a swim. You will be back on board the Calypso Cruise, where you can again take advantage of the evening bar promotion or relax on board. Evening dinner.
Day 3:
The next morning, Tai Chi classes are organized for volunteers, followed by breakfast. Then it's time to check out of the cabins, and then wait about 20 minutes by bus on the island of Cat Ba to see the cave , which served as a hospital for the army during the war. You will come back aboard the Calypso Cruise to have dinner when the ship returns to port, from where we will take you to the hotel.
